Everlast introduced a lightweight milk road tanker
As AUTO-Consulting has already reported, due to the introduction of an automatic weighing system on roads and increase of fines for overloading, Everlast has set a course for decreasing the weight of entire range of the semi-trailers it produces. The update has affected the equipment for farmers, in particular, the milk road tankers.
The globalization process makes new increasingly high demands on freight transport, especially when it comes to transporting perishable products, in particular, milk.
Everlast milk road tankers are ready for modern challenges and competition with the best European manufacturers. The Company offers a new lightweight design of the Everlast milk road tankers in 26m³ volume, which has a weight of only 6 tons and makes it possible to transport 26 tons of milk without fines for overloading.
The milk road tanker is produced taking into account the increased requirements for the road surface treatment of materials. The tank is equipped with a stationary SIP washing system which provides a quick, high-quality and safe washing process in three stages: with water, with washing solution and with disinfection means, stage, and so allows the road tanker’s owner not to worry about the sterility of the road tanker.
In addition, Everlast milk road tankers fully comply with European ATR standards (which fix the requirements for transported perishable products). If necessary, Everlast can assure this certificate to in issued to its clients in Poland.
